“The Bizarro World (also known as htraE, which is “Earth” spelled backwards) is a fictional planet appearing in American comic books published by DC comics. In popular culture “Bizarro World” has come to mean a situation or setting which is weirdly inverted or opposite to expectations.

Federal Civil Service is a whole another world apart from the real world. Now its going to be even more unreal. If you want to use TV shows for a comparison, I suggest the Twilight Zone and the Outer Limits as even better candidates.
