This isn't a government policy. Yet. But it's influential among the sorts of people who eventually make policies through NGOs and media pressure campaigns. China has abandoned its One Child Policy complete with forced abortions. But to some in the UK, it's looking quite good.

Likewise Claire Coveney, 32, who decided at 26 she didn’t want a family. “I’m not saying that everyone should go down this route, it goes against most people’s natural instincts,†she concedes. “What I would suggest is that people consider the wider repercussions of having more than one child.â€
Right. No coercion yet. The coercion comes for the holdouts who won't go along.
The results of a YouGov survey of 2,362 adults, commissioned earlier this year by the organisation Population Matters, revealed that 63% of UK adults think environmental conservation should be taken into account when deciding how many children to have. Of that group, 51% believe people should have no more than two offspring.
Also 63% of UK adults expect lots and lots of government benefits, but are unclear how a generation with fewer children is supposed to pay for them. But if you think this isn't coming to the US, think again.

On Page 930 of the budget that never ends is $575 million for “family planning/reproductive health†worldwide especially in "areas where population growth threatens biodiversity or endangered species."
The idea that the way to protect insects, fish and animals is by preventing human beings from having children is part of an approach known as Population, Health and Environment (PHE) which integrates population control into environmentalist initiatives.
PHE dates back to the 1980s and is practiced by mainstream organizations such as the World Wildlife Fund. The Smithsonian's Woodrow Wilson Center, which is funded partly by the US government, aggressively champions PHE eugenics and USAID funds PHE programs and distributes PHE training manuals derived in part from Wilson Center materials.
PHE had been baked into congressional bills such as the Global Sexual and Reproductive Health Act of 2013 co-sponsored by Debbie Wasserman-Shultz and Sheila Jackson-Lee which urged meeting United Nations Millennium Development Goals by using birth control as, among other things, a means of "ensuring environmental sustainability."

This all part of the Coudenhove-Kalergi plan to eliminate white people from Europe and the US. The plan developed in 1922 is to increase immigrants from Asia and Eurasia to create a brown colored people that are not special in any way and easily managed by the elites.

96% of the UK is NOT Muslim. Three parts of the UK have tiny Muslim/ethnic populations. Muslims are not the largest UK ethnic community (by far). Also, contrary to myth, the UK muslim birth rate is and will drop, not rise. 2.8 down to 2.2, to 2.0 within the next 30 years. 2.2/2.0 will be level with native/other ethnic levels. So its higher now, but it will come down.
Who do they mean by “people” who need to be made to adhere to one child policy? Not the invaders, I feel certain to say.
Perhaps it’s hard to remember that they’re such a small minority in the bigger scheme of things considering the pandering to them at the expense of others.

Further, that is not the birthrate of natives. It is below 2.0 in UK which is below the number to replace oneself.
The only groups in the United Kingdom that have a fertility rate above replacement are muslims and those of African descent.
