Larry McDonald wrote the introduction to the book. He was a critic of the Rockefellers. When he left congress he went to head the John Birch society.
McDonald was killed in flight KAL 007. The plane was shot down over Russian (supposedly) airspace. Jesse Helms and Orrin Hatch were on the same flight but were pulled off for overnight work at the layover in Anchorage.
So he knew he had a target on his back and drank because of guilt?
