Why not just go with the rough fried egg edges?
Eh...it's not that big of a deal. I'm not OCD or anything. I just don't like the egg flopping out all over the edges.
Like I said earlier....it's not the appearance, it's the taste I haven't been able to replicate. And, as had been also suggested....my tastebuds may be broken.
