I don't think Trump lied per se. It did show a lack of preparation that he was not up on his own position paper. With that said, though, he can be for keeping the flow of workers from colleges to American companies and still be against tripling the H1-B visa program. It is mutually consistent. I just wish he wouldn't be seemingly pivoting. I would slash the number of visa and give preference to those who came here to go to college IF and ONLY if they more qualified than an American to do a job. Right now the industry is run by a bunch of scamjob Indian companies and is a sham.
