Tonight he mention that the super PACs are making some of these candidates make bad choices.

Here is the problem with that..

Candidates can have no communication or involvement with these super pacs.

Whatever a super pac does, in support or in opposition to any candidate, is a independent decision and will not involve a candidate, unless the candidate or PAC has violated the law. if they have, they are so closely monitored that it won't be long before it's in the news cycle.

What's Santa Claus bring you this year? There are so many ways for those illegal communications to take place, directly or indirectly, that I think those who wrote the law and voted on it had their fingers crossed on both hands. Totally unenforceable, and probably intended to be that way.
