I agree. I’ve got more respect for the Colorado crowd who at least acknowledge its for recreation.

I do know of cases where pot helped cancer patients with palliative care, but I’m against calling it “medicinal pot” when potheads are using it to get high.
If they were honest with the public, maybe they’d get more traction. Just call it what it is: you want it legalized. Fine. Lobby your congressional representatives, senators, governor, etc. to make it law, and get it passed. Don’t try to slip it in as “medicinal” when you’re clearly trying to get it legalized for recreational purposes.
Most Americans today are tired of the cloak and dagger shit. Be straight up and honest with the public, and maybe you’d get more done.
