Just forwarding developments.
Truth is, whenever a firearm’s been purchased with a form, it’s registered.
The no-gun-owner-records-retained line, is a lie.
All paper forms from decades ago are being digitized.

As for boating accidents -
Beware legislation in states and nationally that require reporting lost or stolen firearms within 72 hours.
CT has that and it’ll expand for certain.
