It’s not an opinion, it is a fact. The guy in Texas drive around a police barrier, into a crowd and killed four people. Texas is charging him and putting him on trial for capital murder.

You seem obsessed with Texas regarding this Oklahoma case.
According to your own link, it’s understandable Texas would fully drop that hammer on that idiot since he was drunk driving with the cops in pursuit when he plowed the crowd. This OK case seems a bit different.
We know why the guy in Texas crashed into a crowd. He was eluding police.
We do not know why, yet, this girl crashed into a crowd.
