Rubio declared during the first GOP primary debate “we need a fence” on the border. In 2013, however, Rubio himself voted against a border fence and an entry-exit tracking system for aliens holding U.S. visas during the debate over the Gang of Eight bill. Rubio's position is crystal clear and cannot be more clear.
He absolutely will not build the fence. He absolutely isn't going to deport anyone. His talent is looking earnest. And that's it.
