ya don't as far as i know... i guess if you could open the casing AND if you knew which line was which, you might be able to scrap off a little cladding and pickup a little light bleeding out but even that, is still crazy talkI was gonna say...how do you tap a fiber optic line without literally breaking into the line....and of course instantly alerting the service providers that the line has been breached...
