Some reports say a motorcycle was hit, and it may have been a cop. Makes the thought that it could have been intentional seem even more probable. This is right in the heart of student housing, about 3 blocks from the football stadium.
I don't want to jump to conclusions, but the Muslim student center is about 6 or 7 blocks from there. I think it's straight west from there on Hall of Fame.

I graduated from OSU. I think the Muslim center is just north of HOF on Washington. Twitter reports say it’s a 20 something female.
