According to News On 6 out of Stillwater, Oklahoma, at least two people died this morning after a car ran into a crowd gathered to watch the Oklahoma State Homecoming parade. Several other people are reportedly injured. The incident occurred towards the end of the route, at Hall Of Fame and Main Street.
Reports now of 3 dead..horrible, prayers for the families
If it's true that the car was going 50 mph when it ran into the crowd, I would say that it would not be easy to accidentally get up to 50 mph when hitting that intersection. At least not without suddenly and violently accelerating.
OH my goodness, 27 airlifted?!?! That is a lot of casualties.
That's a distinct possibility, too. Drunk or stoned. Not necessarily sorority.

Emily Brewer · Lawton, Oklahoma The car was actually traveling southbound on main street. I was standing in the northbound main street lanes and the car came from behind traveling in the southbound lanes on main street.

Emily Brewer · Lawton, Oklahoma Jacob Coffman No. It was a silver vehicle. The body style looked like it could've been a hyundai or toyota but I don't know. It was definitely not a police cruiser. What I think they meant by police cruiser was the motorcycle that was possibly hit before the car entered the crowd. That's just my thought.
Looks like gun control is working.
Not doing 50 into a large crowd, through a barricade and pitching a police motorcycle into the crowd as she went. That's rage, imho. What motivated it is the question.
Granny Warren, aka "Fauxcohontas", invited back?
The car in the picture is a Hyundai, possibly an Elantra. It looks too small to be a Sonata.

Allah.
If the car was going southbound on Main Street, wasn’t it in the parade route?
You’re right, late model Hyundai Elantra, I only saw a shot from the front end which was heavily damaged and thought 3 Series from the crease running down the doors.
I suppose that’s a possiblity, but wouldn’t a female be traditionally attired for such a thing? I’ll admit I don’t understand the mindset at all.
Oh no.
