If possible, I'd go as dark as I could. Change phone numbers, move to a different place and forget to set up mail forwarding, change email addresses.

Not to the point of actually going into hiding or something, but do things that would make it hard - and expensive - for them to track me down. And if they did manage to find me, just act all innocent and the like - "Really, I had no idea that you'd have problems finding me. Of course I'm willing to fulfill my obligations under the agreement."
