“There sure are a lot of Trump supporters that seem to be afraid of some highlighting of policy differences.”
I’m not afraid. I think it’s great. Cruz will not compare well. His numbers will not go up. As JimRob said, “counterproductive.”
“For the life of me I cant figure why a thinking person would not want to learn more about the candidates by an honest contrast of positions and policy. It almost like a cult or something.”
Not this crap again.
Yes, I stand corrected. Voters should make decisions on feelings and by listening to all the irrational yelling of trolls and detractors. They should be persuaded by the size of crowds and how rich and famous a candidate is. We should never again have a campaign of reason, we exalt emotion, we should scorn principle for personality, we should never again dare show the messiah candidate in a less than perfect light. Facts and reason are obstacles to the coronation of the One, so they must be suppressed for the greater good. Every potential rival of the One must be denigrated and defamed without a serious hearing, because the purpose of their very candidacy is only to give the One a little preseason warm up. Do not ask the questions of policy, just trust that the One sent to us by the benevolent universe as our national savior will do what is right when the time is right, he is the one! Why Cruz should feel it a great honor if he were offered the opportunity to clean the windshield of the One's limousine with his diploma. The One is destiny, the One is our messiah! All hail the Donald - he is the One. Trump is the savior. All hail the Donald - he is the One!
