Yep. If you go on Twitter, the #GOPSmartSet are all abuzz (York, NRO) that the hearings didn't "reveal anything new." They are stuck in 1973 with Anthony Ulasewicz's revelation about a taping system in the White House.

But that's not the way to destroy people like Clinton: its not "drip, drip, drip," it's pound, pound, pound, erode, erode, erode. I think the GOP and Gowdy have done a good job so far. They've painted her as incompetent at best, criminal at worst in the eyes of MANY independent voters.

It is at times like these that I like to listen to Hugh Hewitt because he is an attorney and gives the best legal angle.

There is plenty new in these hearings. The night of the attacks Hillary told her inner circle this was a terrorist attack. She lied to Americans and blamed a film maker for the attacks who got thrown in jail though he was innocent. She called the president but did not call the Joint Chiefs of the military nor did she call the Secretary of Defense. In fact what she did was as little as possible because she wanted to distance herself from this politically. She went home at 11 in the evening.

She also admitted in the hearings that Benghazi was her “biggest” accomplishment. She will never live this down.
Benghazi shows she cannot manage anything and is a total coward.

There was plenty new on Benghazi which she will never, ever be able to shake.

Hewitt is great at times like these; other times he sucks because he is so establishment.
