Which video?
There were two different videos made by two different people and the plan was to blame the Protests in Cairo on a video (the first one). But then, before that could get into circulation, Benghazi happened. Somehow, during the confusion, they went with the second video, and tried to blame both incidents on it.
I will always believe the original plan was a Blind Sheikh for Stevens swap..it was a kidnapping plot gone wrong..and it was made originally so that Obama would be made a hero for rescuing Stevens from terrorists..we had heard for weeks about The Blind Sheikh possibly being released from custody but the State Dept half ass denied it then Benghazi happened so I knew what happened..they were NOT expecting the other three men to arrive, if they had not the plan would have gone on as scheduled..after the massacre they had to find a scapegoat so they came up with the phony video BS
