The server issue is Not going away, regardless what the FBI or DOJ does. Hopefully, we'll get leaks from the FBI. It's their patriotic duty if nothing happens.
My guess is the only reason the FBI is investigating is that val/jar already knows they’re not going anywhere with this at all
