IIRC, all those that were there, injured or not, had to sign a non-disclosure. The State Department kept them “sheltered”. It’s only from the families of the deceased that we heard from. (Woods and Smith IIRC challenging the narrative)

IIRC some at least have testified in CLOSED hearings.
