Hillary Clinton testifies before the House Select Committee on Benghazi, which is investigating the events surrounding the 2012 terrorist attack on the U.S. consulate there, in which Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three others died.

I use Life Settlement Policies as investment vehicles. Existing policies are sold and traded as commodities. This is not about insurance money that has been paid off upon a death.
“Some of Hillarys nodding is almost tic-like.”
Greetings Maggie:
Bobbing up and down, swishing side to side...almost trance-like-— not occasionally but typically. This behavior appears everywhere-—hearings, interviews, public appearances when listening to others speak or ask questions.
Was it missed before or is it recent (last couple years?) behavior? Has it increased?
What questions/statements govern when she nods up/down versus side to side.
IMO, not nearly enough attention has been devoted to this “quirk.”

FYI
You bring up an interesting thought. I’ve only seen her a little bit lately but now you’ve made me curious. Her mannerisms usually strike me as haughty.

Comments by Marcella:
She (Hillary) was talking slow when she gave her opening statement and it was also in a monotone.
Some of us wonder if she is on a med to slow down her reactions. Valium, anyone?

Her eyes have looked dull/dead since this started. At this point, I do suspect she is on a drug of some kind.
Ive said on this thread already, that I expected to see an Alert on TV last evening saying she had been taken to a hospital. Well, that didnt happen but her dull eyes are obvious.

She is definitely getting fed her words from someone over a wireless device. I would stake my life on it, in fact.
Maybe you missed a comment she made in this session. She (Hillary) said, Im being told... No one had come to her to say anything so I think that was a slip of the tongue and she heard that through an ear gadget.
My significant other has a hearing aid and those are so small and fit inside the ear, you cant see it. I think she is getting into. through an ear thingy.

My significant other worked in the Pentagon in the secrets department which included our CIA agents in countries around the world.
He says she is being coached by a wireless device. I told him she manages to keep her eyes almost closed but still have her head up talking to the questioner. - He said she has been taught how to do that - to keep from making eye contact.
I told him I hadnt thought of her being hooked up to wireless and I dont think to lie,..."

If there is a delay in her response, then there is coaching thru a ‘hearing aid’ going on.
Yes, those devices do fit down in the ear so they can’t be seen.
She always has the ‘bobblehead’ thing going on while she’s listening. She probably thinks it makes her appear more interested in the speaker. She’s just creepy to me.
