The US president is perhaps the most protected person in the world, and appropriately, the Tata-made aluminum and metal cabin may be reinforced with Kevlar and strong composite materials.

An application where it really would look like the requirement is quality uber alles, a drop in the budgetary bucket, and what do they do. If this can't be done in America then it ought to be done somewhere like Japan. India?? Do not understand.

It was and can still be done in the U.S. but the manufacturing has been shipped elsewhere for corporate budgetary reasons. Hope the quality is the same but I wouldn’t necessarily bet on that in the long run.

It ought to still be done here, just like the sensitive defense systems that have been sent out for overseas manufacture.
