Someone obviously thinks he’s a “conduit” cause he’s in second place in every poll. And obviously he’s appealing to some people who currently aren’t supporting Trump.
It's hard to say where his support is coming from; it isn't necessarily blue collar Democrats, frustrated Blacks, though the White taxpayer part is pretty much a given.
Carson brings nothing to the ticket. No good ideas. No executive experience. No natural voting base. The fact that he's second in the polls only means about 85% of those polled prefer someone other than him. Carson should go on about his book tour and then kick back and relax at home and enjoy his retirement.
