No way Nikki Haley. I recall her gloating over trashing a Confederate battle flag. Even though the South lost and suffered greatly, she still wants to stick it to them.
Her support of illegal aliens and her idiotic rant blaming the flag for the murders makes her unacceptable. She was also one of the first to jump on the anti-Trump bandwagon.
Then there are the scandals - and there is some basis to them that the MSM can spin. No doubt will resurface if she is chosen.

I would not go with any of these people.
Geographic diversity in VP selection is not very important anymore like it once was.
Now for me my choice would be my sitting Senator, Tom Cotton, then only one who voted against the Corker Bill and had the guts to stand up to all of them early on.

Marco Rubio and Nikki Haley should not be even under consideration. They are sleazy, dishonest, and anti-America. There are potential scandals in their background, true or not, that would emerge as major distractions.
I would like Cruz. I don't know Blackburn's position on amnesty. Since Trump has not held a political office, his VP would be best served by a Senator, Rep., or Governor.

Here is the real pro/con on Cruz.
Con: He'd be wasted in the largely ceremonial VP slot. He'd be more effective in a Cabinet position like DoJ.
Pro: He's more likely to get into the administration as VP, because it's unlikely that McConnell's Senate would confirm him to any nominated office, as McConnell personally hates him more than any Democrat.

Marco Rubio, the devious establishment guy who comes across as a bus boy? Nikki Haley, the governor with the insane glint in her eyes as she raves against a Confederate flag and lies about her religious conversion? Choosing either of these two would hurt Trump's credibility.
