Hey CBS, let’s have “Sensible Press Legislation”...how about ‘prior restraint’? Too many ‘mistakes’ being made by the press - and a prior restraint change would stop that...it’s a ‘sensible change’ to the first amendment...evenn if it is a corner stone to freedom of the press.
Why attempt to destroy only one Constitutional protection CBS? What’s wrong with making the ‘first’ more sensible?
