Unless Shrillary gets into office and appoints more lib judges. If that happens, not only will the Supreme Court be eager to take up such a case, they would use it as a vehicle to reverse Heller and McDonald.
And she probably will get into office. And the Supreme Court will reverse itself.
Any frickin’ commie president will appoint commie judges.
Unless Hillary either loses in the primaries, loses in the general, or gets handcuffed.
If a Dem wins look for the next couple of SCOTUS terms to become an expressway for reversed decisions.
