Someone with those credentials (black, female) will receive numerous job offers from other companies to harass normal white males.
I’m not so sure anymore; when the going gets tough and companies have to cut back, useless tokens are the first to go. In my experience, few blacks survive layoffs, while companies survive legal issues by keeping Hispanics instead (the perception being they actually work better).
