Well, then somebody has been messing with the H1-B Visa .. and here’s why I know that:
I used to work for a semi-conductor company in Silicon Valley. This type of work requires a very skilled set of knowledge to know how to produce the silicon wafer. After it is produced using several types of chemicals, it is scored and then cut .. in order to be sold individually for use in every kind of equipment.
You don’t hire UNSKILLED WORKERS for that type of work.
And .. you need specially trained and skilled chemical engineers and project engineers in order to produce such a product.
I used to process all the H1-B Visas, which went through special processing - lots of documentation, etc., and they had to be sent to San Francisco to be processed, and then we would receive the Visa, and the employee could be brought into the country.
The company had its parent offices (as well as a manufacturing plant) in Kyoto, Japan; and the H1-B Visa allowed them to bring over their current employees, to work in the plant in Silicon Valley.
None of these foreign workers had any relation to the word “CHEAP”. I don’t know where this info is coming from, and I would like to know where you got this information .. because I’ve never heard of an H1-B visa treated this way.
Please explain where you got your information.
You seem to be going from thread to thread just dumping this info .. no explanation how you know this information, or where you got it originally. NO MORE. Where did you get this information ..??????
