Calling someone insane is pretty much attacking him. After 8 years of the Obama administration we're going to wind up with very few foreign allies that he hasn't pissed off. Six months of a Trump administration should take care of any that Obama may have missed.
I seriously doubt that. Trump has not had the mega successes he has had by pissing people off. He knows when to crush his competition and when to turn on the charm.
Merkel is totally nuts doing what she is. Just a fact. Even the Germans are seriously questioning her sanity.
