The problem with unconstitutional federal gun control policies isn’t Obama imo. The real problem is that even though Congress has the constitutional authority to remove lawless presidents like Obama from office, the corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Senate is evidently unwilling to work with the House to do so.
More specifically, the corrupt Senate presumably wants gun control laws like Obama does. But instead of losing votes by supporting gun control laws, the Senate is evidently willing to let Obama steal legislative powers that belong uniquely to Congress, allowing Obama to use constitutionally indefensible executive actions excuses to legislate gun control laws from the Oval office, just like the Senate likewise allows activist justices to steal 10th Amendment-protected state powers to legislate things like the so-called rights to abortion and gay “marriage” from the bench.
Again, senators are probably protecting their own election votes by allowing the federal executive and judicial branches to steal federal and state legislative powers to establish unpopular laws, rights and regulations which corrupt senators probably actually support.
As a side note to activist justices, patriots need to wake up to the following opportunity. Given a non-RINO conservative is elected president, if patriots can elect a 2/3 non-RINO conservative supermajority to the Senate in the next election, while also maintaining a conservative majority in the House, then Congress will be positioned to impeach and remove state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices from the bench.
The ill-conceived 17th Amendment needs to disappear, and corrupt senators, lawless presidents and activist justices along with it.
