Actually all this “You don’t love women or care about women” stuff may very well be Trump’s Achilles heel and people like Fiorina know this.
First of all “women’s health” is NONE of the federal government’s business because the Constitution, the ONLY authority for ANY federal government action, doesn’t give the feds any power in the area of women’s health. So federal officials who say they’ll “take care of women” are practicing “compassionate tyranny.”
Second of all, the issue is NOT women’s health but the slaughter of the unborn and newly born. It is shifting the focus away from a very big issue.
Mr. Trump, I’m glad you love and respect women, that’s a good thing. But don’t get that confused with your role as President of the United States under the limitations of the Constitution and don’t let this B.S. shift your focus away from stopping the utterly unconstitutional federal interference with state anti-abortion laws and federal support of abortions with our money.
And besides the constitutional answer, ALWAYS central to ANYTHING related to the feds, a good answer to, “Do you think women have the right to their own bodies?”, after saying “I am pro life”, is, “I think a woman’s right to her body ends at the beginning of her baby’s body.”
