It would be one thing if the gang bangers were only killing each other. The unfortunate reality is that many children who have nothing to do with the gang bangers, and adults (who also have nothing to do with the gang bangers) are often the victims through no fault of their own.
If you live in the Chicago media market as I do, then you'd know what I'm talking about. Especially when you understand how under manned the Chicago Police Department is.

The morale of the police must be abysmal. I’m sorry about that. It’s the same with the NYPD because of their detestable mayor.
