Attacking a convoy? Wow! Why didn't somebody think of doing this before? If I was a highly-sought ISIS leader, I wouldn't go NEAR a convoy. I'd be sneaking around in a lone pickup truck with a cargo of melons in the back.

Since 0bumba was not hitting convoys it’s likely the ISIS leader was lulled into thinking it was an acceptable mode of travel.He didn’t adjust quickly enough to the reality of Putin on the scene.
