I think it’s just scripted theater. The GOP had 17 viable candidates and some of them very good to very very good at what they do. The Dems ... had just Hillary.
They will still have Hillary. It’s playing out like she’s going away free. In fact will probably be exonerated in some twisty convoluted way — as soon as elements in the FBI who haven’t been bought or blackmailed are convinced otherwise.
If Hillary was going to be indicted, she would already have been indicted. They have to have enough on her for even charging her with espionage.
