The ADL and Holocaust Museum might want to rethink their position.

First the Nazi State made private ownership of weapons illegal, then the State felt free to arrest and murder 6 million jews.
There was no risk to the Agents of the State, so why not.

an armed citizenry and a scared government of that citizenry makes for a government that is more responsive to that governments citizens. the moment you take those weapons away is the moment that the government starts to be less responsive to its citizen and move closer each day to tyranny
