Well his family qualified as such before Reagan appointed his sister , a friend and colleague of Sam Alito to the federal bench. That was about the time he attended the national RNC convention. Pictures have been posted numerous times

He isn't a conservative...not even close.
In July, just three months ago, he told an interviewer that he was a Democrat in a lot of ways.
It's interesting to go back just a few years and look at Trump threads from that period. He was widely regarded as a joke and a shyster then.
I've seen nothing that tells me any different, other than a lot of blustering talk.
