Another hero of the attack, Alek Skarlatos, was registered at Umpqua Community College:
"Skarlatos may have averted tragedy himself in recent days. He is participating in the TV show "Dancing With The Stars" and other activities that he said kept him from enrolling at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Ore., this fall. Last week 10 people died at the school in a shooting rampage.
"I would have been there today," he said on the "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." "I had classes picked out and everything."

So far, it doesn’t seem like a jihadi revenge attack. But I haven’t seen much in the way of facts.

The men were screaming “allah ackbar” and “death to America”.
So far, no motive has been given for the attack but it’s suspected that there is a link to the local Tea Party.

I guess you’re waiting for the third hero of the Paris train attack to be assaulted.

What are the odds that a gunman would shoot up an obscure community college one of the french train heroes was attending, and a week later another would be stabbed four times in the chest in a 'bar fight'?
Of course, it may be all a coincidence but if I were the third guy I'd definitely be watching my back.

21st and K is generally a nice area. Small theaters, one-off restaurants with outside dining, coffee shops etc. There’s a Spaghetti Factory near there, family friendly.
After midnight, it’s a different world.

I googled the bar he was at. Interesting choice of place to go.

So far, it doesnt seem like a jihadi revenge attack. But I havent seen much in the way of facts. I read another news update that said he was helping defend a woman that was being harassed after leaving a bar. He came to her aid, but up to five men held him down and stabbed him four times in the chest. Cops thought it was a homicide, but the hero survived. Guy has nine lives.

Obama: “Round up the local TEA Party and interrogate them. Waterboarding might be required”.

I looked, and there is a rowdy bar with “Mermaid” dancers, a night club and a gay bar in that area.
He might have been looking for a Mermaid tail.

Fox was reporting he was stabbed outside a club called Faces. The Sacremento Bee reports he’d left a club called Badlands and was waking towards another club when the attack occurred.

The Islamist publication of addresses of our military and the call to kill them.. now this attack.. and possibly related:
[Alek] Skarlatos may have averted tragedy himself in recent days. He is participating in the TV show "Dancing With The Stars" and other activities that he said kept him from enrolling at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Ore.
Even if there's not an Islamist connection to two of the three heroes nevertheless I wonder why..
Millions of Turks have denounced Islamism and Sharia Law.. why can't Muslims living here do it? "Turkey has acquired in eighty plus years of independence and Westernization thanks to Mustafa Kemal Atatürk"
If there is a connection or Islamist attacks continue to occur here and American Muslims won't act to expose and expel the Islamists and Sharia Law advocates then what other choice is there?
Borrowing from an old U.S. Supreme Court case involving independent tribes of Native Americans.. (no insult to Native Americans intended) I suggest this.
Sharia Camps, until the Islamists can be kicked out of America.
- being within the territorial limits of the United States,
are not, strictly speaking, foreign States, but are alien nations,
- distinct political communities,
- the members of which owed immediate allegiance to their several camps
- and were not part of the people of the United States;
that the alien and dependent condition of the members of one of those camps
could not be put off at their own will without the action or assent of the United States, and that they were never deemed citizens
- except when naturalized, collectively or individually, under explicit provisions of a treaty,
- or of an act of Congress;
and therefore
that "Islamists born within the territorial limits of the United States, members of, and owing immediate allegiance to, one of the Sharia Camps
- (an alien, though dependent, entity),
although in a geographical sense born in the United States,
are no more 'born in the United States' than the children of subjects of any foreign government born within the domain of that government.

What are the odds that the FBI will decide that this is a local matter, needing no federal involvement?
