Back in the mid 80s, middle school kids in Oakland were bringing handguns to school in their backpacks.
Black kids were shooting up the schools long before Columbine, but it was only a local story. The national media didn’t care.
An intrepid Oakland reporter went undercover and asked some kids—we’re talking 12 year olds here—if they could get her a gun. Kid told her no prob, 30 minutes tops. So she forks over $50 to a seventh grader, and he comes right back with a handgun.
Post 1986 ban full auto cannot be legally owned by private citizens. Pre 1986 full auto can be transferred (sold) to a private citizen.
