Since Mark Levin is the editor-in-chief at Conservative Review I think that lends some credibility to their ratings.
However when the caller to his show told him about the rating Mark was very surprised.

I know that I have dug into some of the ratings a bit and they assigned him a default “middle of the spectrum” rating because they do not know where he stands. That could be a problem, either in rating him or trusting him depending on viewpoint. He was the Florida speaker, and his platform seems to be returning the ability to add or discuss amendments, not the current process of only allowing what you are sure you can pass through under the table deals.
