Why? Draw! Open carry is BLING (look at me, I have a gun!). You tip off a potential opponent you are armed...you miss surprise as a tactic. You are visually challenging anyone else who might want to take it away from you. Sure it is a Constitutional Right...but it is tactically and strategically stupid.

That’s not the point. It’s either a right or it isn’t. No one is suggesting that you will have to open-carry.
