That happened to my Mom years ago on Thanksgiving. Finally the pain got so bad, my Dad rushed her to the hospital, but she got everything in the oven before she left.
Before they put her under, the surgeon told her he was practicing on her so he'd be good for carving the turkey later that day.
:)Now that real dedication on her part.Happened to my husband too about 2 years ago.
