That’s the incredible and demented arrogance of these people. A statement such as this is based upon their assumption not only that ‘everyone’ knows who he is, but so depend upon his presence in this country that we will be shaken by his departure.
We are supposed to plead with him to stay, no matter what and to pledge to do all we can to get someone else elected.
It really is a delusional dementia.
