Billionaire businessman Donald Trump is apparently getting a great bang for his buck in the presidential race.

MSNBC's Ari Melber reported Tuesday that Trump has only spent about $2 million so far on his campaign, according to his staff.

Needless to say, that is far less than his top-tier rivals on both sides of the aisle:

Well, he already owns his plane. And I’m sure he has enough connections to get a nice inexpensive hotel suite. :-)

I was the first Freeper to repeatedly promote Cruz as VP to Trump. That was back in June, soon after Trump announced.

Since then Cruz has done a number of things that tell me he’s not the right person. Following his votes on TPA, believing Mitch McConnell was being honest, and other things, I seriously doubt his wisdom.

Being smart, and he is that, without wisdom is somewhat of an empty vessel.

He also seems to lack leadership abilities, as he is often standing alone on issues.

I think Trump will chose someone else.

Trump could end up running the only successful presidential campaign that makes a profit.

If you really want to put a stake through the heasts of the Dems and Rinos, get Oprah Winfrey as VP....she’s a very successful self-made entrepreneur and a celebrity, too. She’d scoop up all the low-information voters.

Top-tier White House contenders traditionally spend millions of dollars on campaign staff and television ads - and self-funding candidates like Trump typically put down even more. But with his celebrity status and media savvy, the billionaire candidate is getting away with running a bare-bones operation this time.

Which, of course, begs the question: why is the media so willing to be Trump's PR firm? Ratings? Do they really think all their hit pieces have done any good?

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom. That alone puts TED CRUZ on top.

OK< let’s that that at face value.

How do we explain the very unwise votes he cast?
