Explain what? The other holdouts were reasonable (as far as holdouts go), and made out like bandits. Coking was clearly unreasonable (and yes, an idiot). My point is that, as a property owner, she had every right to be unreasonable and an idiot. Her house, and if she wanted to stay there, that’s her right.

And business people who are interested in growing their business have rights as well which include making offers and suing. Eminent domain has to do with governments (local, state and federal) not having the right to take your property.

It becomes tricky when the government has to figure out which constituent to side with. At the link below you can see how the business people gave into Ms. Coking. Take a gander at the pict. She was beyond unreasonable.
