Yes, it was very good. But as a victim of eminent domain, the rosy picture he painted is not anywhere near the reality I experienced.

He was great - controlled, authoritative, responsive, and congenial. And, I daresay, Presidential.

Amendment 5, last sentence: “nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation”.
People can debate and complain about eminent domain, but the need for it is recognized in the US Constitution. Without it, no major construction projects would ever be undertaken and completed: no new highways, or railways, or university expansions or anything that requires more than a small area, particularly in urban and suburban areas.
Find a real estate developer who is not a supporter of imminent domain.
