How do you define neighbor, John? I live in the same country as you. Can I come and live in your house, neighbor? If I'm not your neighbor, than why is someone from another country who comes across our borders illegally our ‘neighbor’? What exactly are you trying to say? You and your fellow privileged holders of public office have turned a blind eye on lots and lots of pain and suffering in the world. A ton. Why you feel you are now in a position to lecture the rest of us about charity and good will is beyond me. You may be a very well-intentioned, good-hearted, loving person. I'll give you that designation gratis. That said, you do not have the right to judge others whose lives will always be affected more definitively than yours by the actions you take.
