See my post #48. It is hard to justify bringing in illegal aliens into the service while we are kicking out American citizens and legal immigrants as part of downsizing.
I don’t believe the US will keep on downsizing. Such change will happen once Obama and his enablers lose influence or better yet lose any participation relative to the structuring of US armed forces.
