The only reason the governor and mayors want them is because of all the federal dollars they get. Keep the bribe money out of the Federal gov’t hands and they won’t be so welcome.

There was an illuminating thread on FR a while ago about the Muslim Barbary pirates and how the Founders dealt with them - first paying tribute, then refusing to do so- this history has been lost but proves how antithetical Islam has always been to the United States.
