Of course armed guards and teachers is the answer. My point is that these kids are being taught to take action. That can apply in many situations that they will run into in their lives. Creating chaos is better than just sitting there and being shot! (No offense to anyone in the classroom in Oregon. We do not know what all went on)
Your teachers and administrators are perpetrating the notion that guns aren’t necessary and only bad people have them.
That ‘good people’ need only ‘make chaos’ to survive. Which only perpetrates the further notion that the ‘hive’ is important but the individual kid’s survival is not. (psssst, the book throwing kids will be the first to get shot)...
And YOU need to either homeschool (and let the administration KNOW that you’re pulling your kid from an UNsafe situation and WHY) or light a fire under the schoolboard to let teachers and administrators conceal carry.
The ‘gun free’ ‘book throwing zone’ is a big reason we home school rather than let my kids be sitting ducks.
BTW, school bus drivers should have to carry as well...
