The reason that IEDs work on our troops is because of our sickening RULES OF ENGAGEMENT. I can PROMISE you that if the Russians see a vehicle on the side of the road in Syria, with or without people in it, that vehicle will find itself on a one-way trip to Tripoli. Likewise, I have no doubt that cell phones don’t work all that well withing 10 kilometers of any Russian unit.
