Which point? There have been more than one. What is "what we’ve needed all along and do not have now"? There are at least a couple of points on this as well (unpredictability, the Mid East, Putin, etc.).
Unless you believe we already have in place a competent CiC, who’s appointed smart aggressive and forceful non-PC military commanders/advisers.
